Orbitarion ("we", "our", or "the game") is operated by trx182. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Orbitarion mobile application and related services.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

  • Email address — used for authentication and account recovery
  • Authentication tokens — if you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive a token and basic profile info (name, email) from the provider. We do not receive or store your password from these providers.

Game Data

During gameplay, we collect and store:

  • Your planet name, race selection, and in-game actions
  • Fleet movements, research choices, and battle results
  • Alliance membership and in-game communications (alliance announcements)
  • Game scores and rankings

Technical Data

We automatically collect:

  • Device type and operating system version
  • App version
  • Crash reports and performance data
  • IP address (for security and abuse prevention)

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and operate the game
  • Authenticate your account
  • Process in-game actions and maintain game state
  • Send push notifications about game events (attacks, fleet arrivals) if you opt in
  • Prevent cheating and abuse
  • Improve game performance and fix bugs
  • Communicate important updates about the game

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure). We use Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure players can only access their own data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Supabase — our database and authentication provider
  • Google/Apple — if you use social sign-in
  • Firebase — for push notifications (device tokens only)
  • Law enforcement — if required by law

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your data — contact us to request a copy
  • Delete your account — contact us at support@orbitarion.com and we will delete your account and associated data within 30 days
  • Opt out of push notifications — disable in your device settings

Children's Privacy

Orbitarion is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Advertising

The free version of Orbitarion may display ads. Our advertising partners may collect device identifiers for ad personalization. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.

Premium subscribers do not see ads.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email.
